Metallurgy probably takes the prize of adding the most ores to Minecraft for any mod for Minecraft. It also adds some OreDictionary ores like Tin and Copper. Also, it supports mods like Tinker's Construct if you download ExtraTic.
Metallurgy adds 35 ores, of which 23 in the overworld, 10 in the Nether and 2 in the End.
For now, detailed statistics can be found on this spreadsheet: Metallurgy 3 - Google Sheets. The information on this spreadsheet is still true; rebalancing has been kept to a minimum since the beginning of M4 development. Though, every fact on the sheet can be changed by the user in the config files. The exception being the facts about the vanilla ores.
